With over 20 years of experience in business management and operations and 13 years specializing in household systems and organization, my background combines leadership, operations, and hands-on problem solving. Throughout my career, I have worked in business operations, retail management, team development, merchandising, purchasing, and organizational systems. These experiences have given me a strong ability to bring structure to complex environments, improve efficiency, and create systems that support both people and productivity.
I specialize in helping clients transform overwhelming spaces and disorganized systems into clear, functional environments. Whether it’s decluttering a home, preparing for a move, organizing a business, or creating better daily systems, I provide practical, judgment-free solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

I’m Francis M. Rojas, founder of Rojas Collective, LLC, where I help businesses create structure, improve efficiency, and build the systems they need to operate successfully.
With over 12 years of experience in the design and construction industry, my background combines creativity, project management, and business operations. Throughout my career, I have worked in interior design, estimating, project management, and operations leadership. These experiences taught me how to connect people, processes, and departments to create better workflows and stronger results.
I specialize in helping businesses identify operational gaps, implement systems, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and develop processes that support growth.
